Aesthetician -Etiket The Well (Toronto)

At Etiket, our Aestheticians are trained to understand our clients’ skin and select the right products and regimens for the best possible results. The person in this role is
responsible for exemplifying Etiket’s client service philosophy, describing the
products used, offering our treatment options, and delivering an exceptional
experience. You will work in a fast-paced, luxury spa environment and must be a
team player focused on client satisfaction.

Job Description:

  • Deliver Etiket’s outstanding service consistently to all clients.
  • Perform facials, medical peels, and other skin therapies and treatments.
  • Recommend and sell skin care products.
  • Conduct skin care consultations and recommend comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Exceed sales and service goals and targets.
  • Build a loyal client base by acquiring, developing, and retaining high-value clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with personal clients through phone and electronic methods, including updates on events, merchandise, sales follow-up, and birthdays.
  • Participate in all educational sessions offered, including product knowledge, vendor, and leadership seminars.
  • Ensure the spa always maintains its highest standards: visual merchandising, cleanliness, stock replenishment, and the presentation of products.
  • Ability to work with a knowledgeable and sophisticated clientele.
  • Match products with clients’ needs through your knowledge of skincare.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Accurately use the POS system and other required software, including client database updates.
  • Demonstrate a strong appreciation for client care, a key focus in Etiket’s Spa area.

The successful candidate will work approximately 35 hours per week. Availability is required Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 8 PM. Ability to work full shifts, be punctual, and handle overtime is an essential function of this role.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a medical spa or high-end spa environment.
  • Formal training from a recognized aesthetics program.
  • Aesthetics certification from a recognized college or institution.
  • Experience with HydraFacial, SkinCeuticals, Tata Harper is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about wellness, fragrance, skincare, and beauty.
