JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Consistently deliver Etiket’s outstanding customer service to all clients
  • Ensure the effective professional management of the daily operation of the Boutique & Spa
  • Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service goals and targets are met
  • Support team development through coaching, motivation and challenges
  • Build a loyal personal client base by constantly acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and retaining loyal clients
  • Communicate regularly with personal clients through phone, and electronic methods regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, birthdays, etc.
  • Resolve all customer service issues and partner with management on any issues outside of guidelines.
  • Attend all educational sessions offered including product knowledge, vendor, and leadership seminars
  • Ensure the boutique is always looking its best: visual merchandising, controlling the cleanliness of the store, replenishment of the stock and maintenance of presented products, and other related sales support tasks
  • Ensure compliance of daily and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of the Spa and Boutique are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation.
  • Maintain organization of stock, assure adherence to all operating procedures, and achieve inventory shortage target.
  • Proficient and accurate use of POS system (Shopify) and other software as required, updating customer database
  • Comfortable assisting with special and ad-hoc requests, which may go beyond usual responsibilities

The Spa Co-Ordinator is responsible for all front and back of house operations while on shift including managing the Spa team, opening/closing the Spa and making sure a premium Spa experience is delivered for all our guests. As part of the Spa team, you will assist guests and build positive and lasting relationships. We are looking for a person who has a strong work ethic, a high level of integrity, a concern for quality, a cultural sensitivity, and a sense of client service. Our Spa Co-Ordinator must ensure communication within the boutique and spa teams, provide support in terms of client service, sales, productivity and ensure the smooth running of our high energy and busy Spa.  They will be responsible for monitoring spa inventory, maintaining housekeeping standards, and forming a crucial link between the spa team, Toronto boutique management and our leadership team and logistics/warehouse team in Montréal. Job Description

  • Use Booxi (reservation system), e-mails, and telephone as vehicles of communication for ensuring the booking of treatments and to ensure client’s satisfaction with all services provided;
