Benefits of Gua Sha Cryo

Custom designed to help drain lymph, sculpt, and lift the facial muscles, these multi-use tools work to constrict capillaries and regulate blood flow through the combined benefits of Gua Sha and Cryo. Contains: One pair of Gua Sha Cryo sticks made of stainless steel embedded with a gel padding and a silicone handle. 

Directions of use

• On cleansed skin apply your favourite oil, balm, or serum for a seamless glide over the face and neck. 
• Start at the base of the neck and work from the midline of the face to the outer hairline where the lymph nodes are located. 
• Let the tool glide gently with little to no pressure and work in long sweeping strokes. Repeat each stroke three to six times over each area and for ease of use it is recommended to work on one half of the face first and then move to the opposite side. 
• These tools can be used daily or as a treatment once a week and will work to deliver long-term results.
• To disinfect: rinse under hot water after each use and use a mild cleanser to remove any build up. 
• Storage: Keep sticks in the freezer for optimal benefits.
