A combination of flexible, binding emollients creates a smooth, even canvas that bonds with Eye Shadow to prevent fallout and creasing while intensifying pigment.

How to use:

1. On clean lid, lightly apply a small amount from lashline to brow bone using brush or fingertips.
2. Apply using Texture Eye Brush, Camouflage Brush or fingertips to the entire lid.
3. Allow a moment to set before applying Eye Shadow.
